We often get anxious calls from folks struggling with the task to secure a food vendor for an immediate need.  They are put in charge to locate a vendor for an event ‘next week’.  It’s difficult to inform them that we are already booked.

If you think that you will need our services, please contact us immediately to see if the desired date is available, and if it is - to reserve the date.

I have worked both ends of this dilemma; I've secured event dates of a full year in advance and I have also been able to accommodate a request of just a few days.

The only practical advice I can give is to contact us as soon as possible to see if a specific date is available.
