PJ’s has been proud to exclusively furnish Dearborn Sausage hot dogs and Polish sausage.

Over the years, we’ve purchased a bazillion (or so it seems) of Dearborn product number 1010, a skinless beef and pork frank. 

Please understand that this is an 8 to 1 (eight dogs to one pound); and not the skinny, wimpy 10 to 1 dog.

For the very-very hungry, we also serve a PJ’s, area-first, MONSTER Hot Dog. 

This is Dearborn Sausage number 1001.  You guessed it;  FOUR hot dogs to the pound! 

Double-sized of the PJ’s standard-sized dog… an actual quarter-pounder !

Our top-of-the-line offering is Dearborn’s Polish Sausage, #8534, a skinless 5 to 1 Polish Sausage.

A wide variety of soda and bottled water is available. 

We furnish Coke and Pepsi products but also try to have a representative sample of the local brands as well.

Condiments typically include mustard, ketchup, relish, onions and Silver Floss sauerkraut. 

When available, we offer tomatoes, Marconi Sport Peppers, ‘special’ ( Puckered Pickle Company ) relish and Koop’s 'Arizona Heat' mustard.

To round out the typical fare, we have pre-packaged snacks such as chips of various types.

Depending on the venue or request, we will furnish coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider, popcorn or donuts.

We are very excited to be the first in the area to offer a new product from Dearborn Sausage...  their dried HUNTERS SAUSAGE MINI STIKS !

We've purchased and have available (while supplies last?) a 'Hot and Spicy' as well as the 'Original' flavor.  These things are great!
